For the Stadttheater Lahnstein’s original musical production "Lahnrock Airways," I developed and implemented an AI-supported creative production approach designed to reduce costs, increase visibility and build a more sustainable model for independent theater work — without replacing artistic authorship or jobs. We built an AI-supported production model that reduced costs, increased visibility and expanded the stage experience with digital content. I wrote all lyrics, melodies and the libretto myself, while using AI across music production, trailers, promo assets and digital stage design. The project achieved up to 70% cost savings in areas and was nominated for the ZIRP Zukunftspreis.
